Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our long-term development plans.
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and data architectures capable of handling enterprise-scale workloads.
- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Drive Innovation in LLMs: Spearhead the integration and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools to enhance our product offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize Performance & Cost: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multi-year technical roadmaps, specifically looking towards the 2026 technological landscape.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving project delivery from conception to launch.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
