Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure AI architectures tailored for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical strategies and milestones to deliver innovative features ahead of the industry curve.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to fine-tune large language models and neural networks for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with quantum computing specialists and data scientists to integrate heterogeneous technologies.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Research Integration: Stay abreast of cutting-edge research papers and methodologies, adapting them for commercial application.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Specialization: Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning concepts is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and navigate ambiguity.
