Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the next wave of technological evolution. As we prepare for the 2026 landscape, we need a technical leader who can architect scalable, ethical, and transformative artificial intelligence systems.
In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for our autonomous agents, generative AI models, and spatial computing interfaces. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, high-performance engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient, scalable AI architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI models, including fine-tuning and RAG strategies.
- Optimize model inference latency for edge devices and low-resource environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs or transformer-based models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
