- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data governance frameworks.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization in cloud-native environments.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and software engineers to foster technical growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in Python and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading cross-functional technical projects.
