Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including LLMs and edge computing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and ethical use of data across all AI initiatives.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
- Present technical strategies and architectural decisions to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
