Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale neural networks and real-time quantum processing.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and rapid prototyping.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for optimization problems.
- Optimization: Drive performance improvements in inference speeds and model efficiency using advanced compression techniques and edge computing.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure AI systems adhere to global ethical guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum machine learning principles is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
