- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies, defining the technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing algorithms and infrastructure to improve latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or principal engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving product innovation from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
