- Optimize model inference pipelines to achieve sub-millisecond latency in production.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in quantum computing and edge AI integration.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI research department.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex, multi-year projects.
- Experience deploying large-scale AI models on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
