Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable LLM pipelines optimized for 2026 enterprise workloads.
- Research and implement novel fine-tuning and alignment techniques for specialized domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into high-impact consumer products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and AI safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
