Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our infrastructure toward the 2026 AI revolution. As we push the boundaries of generative intelligence and autonomous systems, you will be responsible for designing the scalable, secure, and high-performance backbone of our next-generation platform.
In this pivotal role, you won't just maintain systems; you will architect the future. We are looking for a technologist who thrives in ambiguity and possesses the foresight to prepare our infrastructure for the paradigm shifts expected by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the technical vision and architecture for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and readiness for next-gen neural networks.
- Lead Large-Scale Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems across cloud and edge environments.
- Optimize Training Pipelines: Engineer high-performance data pipelines and training clusters to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy.
- Drive Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced reinforcement learning) to integrate into our product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business goals into technical architecture.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Specialization: Deep expertise in Deep Learning, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps practices.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architecture strategies accordingly.
- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
