Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core AI/ML architecture for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the deployment and scaling of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI team.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends to keep our technology stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of generative models, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
