The Role:
We are seeking a technical leader who thrives in ambiguity and is obsessed with pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You will lead a team of top-tier engineers in building scalable, robust AI models that power our global infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Core Architecture: Design and implement the high-level architecture for our proprietary Generative AI and Neural Network models.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research in Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum Machine Learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing systems for low-latency inference and high-throughput processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in security and scalability.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new AI methodologies before full-scale deployment.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate theoretical research into production-ready features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, or Federated Learning is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in distributed systems.
