Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure designed specifically for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap and architectural standards for the company’s core AI products.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and implementation of advanced generative models and large language systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, high-quality technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with global data regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems and large-scale deployments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and managing complex, multi-year projects.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
