In this pivotal role, you will design the next generation of artificial intelligence systems, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and future-proof for the decade ahead.
As a key player in our strategic vision, you will define the technical roadmap that bridges current innovations with the disruptive technologies anticipated in 2026, including advanced generative AI, edge computing, and quantum-ready architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 'Horizon 2026' project, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning models and neural networks capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, next-gen LLMs) to prepare our infrastructure for the year 2026.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data as we scale our AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks is a strong plus.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and drive project delivery.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
