Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Define and enforce best practices for machine learning model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, edge computing) and evaluate their applicability to our roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality and scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
