Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to define the technological backbone of our upcoming 2026 roadmap. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures that push the boundaries of what is currently possible.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready engineering, working with a team of elite engineers to transform futuristic concepts into deployable reality.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of core AI infrastructure for the 2026 platform, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing, Federated Learning, and Edge AI.
- System Optimization: Analyze complex data pipelines and optimize algorithms for high-performance computing environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and researchers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
