As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop technology roadmaps that anticipate societal shifts, regulatory changes, and breakthrough innovations. You'll translate complex technological possibilities into actionable business strategies while fostering a culture of radical experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework identifying disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies to market opportunities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design scenarios for technology adoption curves and ethical implications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Experience building and managing innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
