We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our 2026 strategic roadmap. At QuantumLeap Systems, we are building the infrastructure for the next generation of artificial intelligence. In this position, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our systems are scalable, ethical, and robust.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Strategy: Define the technical vision and architectural patterns for our upcoming AI ecosystem, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Model Optimization: Architect and optimize deep learning models for high-throughput environments, focusing on latency reduction and cost efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into broader software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- R&D Innovation: Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for the 2026 timeframe.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural guidelines across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and deliver elegant, efficient solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
