We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our 2026 strategic roadmap. At QuantumLeap Systems, we are building the infrastructure for the next generation of artificial intelligence. This is a high-impact role where you will define the technical vision for our core models and guide our engineering teams toward a future-ready technology stack.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our systems are scalable, ethical, and robust.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Strategy: Define the technical vision and architectural patterns for our upcoming AI ecosystem, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Model Optimization: Architect and optimize deep learning models for high-throughput environments, focusing on latency reduction and cost efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into broader software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- R&D Innovation: Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for the 2026 timeframe.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural guidelines across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and deliver elegant, efficient solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
