Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core AI architecture for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on autonomous agents and multi-modal LLMs.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying large-scale machine learning models in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate abstract AI concepts into deployable software.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to keep our technology stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
