Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for AI capabilities leading up to and through the 2026 fiscal cycle.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI frameworks that integrate seamlessly with our existing cloud infrastructure.
- Research & Development: Lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and legal teams to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think long-term and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
