Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to 2026, identifying emerging trends in Neural Architecture Search and Quantum Machine Learning.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI systems architecture that integrates seamlessly with existing cloud infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and development of cutting-edge models, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and real-time inference capabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical bridge between product management and engineering, translating business goals into technical specifications.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee proof-of-concept projects and pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and delivering high-impact projects under tight deadlines.
