Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Tech Stack: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and cloud-native architectures aligned with 2026 technology standards.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including neural architecture search and generative models.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize model inference and training pipelines, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Quantum & Future Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or experience building systems for edge computing and 6G protocols.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
