Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, specifically tailored for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with legacy systems.
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency, high-throughput environments in edge computing scenarios.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate abstract 2026 roadmaps into concrete, deployable code.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards are paramount in all architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior architect or principal engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Neural Architecture Search (NAS) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems theory and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred.
