Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM pipelines designed for the high-volume demands of 2026 enterprise workflows.
- Design and implement autonomous agentic systems capable of complex multi-step reasoning without human intervention.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency using edge computing and quantization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, working prototypes.
- Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for generative content.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Spatial Computing, Quantum-adjacent algorithms) for integration into our core stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the company's technical vision and knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and semantic search technologies.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
