Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement state-of-the-art neural network architectures for large-scale inference and training pipelines.
- R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI advancements, focusing on LLMs, Multimodal Agents, and Edge-AI convergence.
- Performance Optimization: Maximize model throughput and minimize latency using distributed training and quantization techniques.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between AI models and backend infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment via Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Consulting: Serve as the subject matter expert for AI strategy, advising stakeholders on emerging technologies and feasibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Infrastructure: Experience designing systems that scale to billions of requests, utilizing AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
