Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling massive data streams for 2026-level workloads.
- R&D Strategy: Lead the research and development roadmap focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and edge computing integration.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize deep learning models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable, market-ready solutions.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Specialization: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning, with a focus on applications relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical presentations and stakeholder management.
