Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI architectures, including LLMs, Agentic workflows, and predictive analytics engines.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our stack.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-performance inference on distributed cloud environments.
- Establish and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive technical excellence by conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and mentorship for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a specialized AI/ML architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record designing scalable systems for Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and data modeling for AI applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
