Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for our proprietary AI ecosystems, ensuring scalability and security for the 2026 era.
- Lead the design and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
- Mentor a team of elite machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish MLOps best practices to streamline model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new technologies like quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
