Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models, focusing on low-latency inference and high-throughput training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate technical requirements into robust solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and model governance.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, such as Neuromorphic computing, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing systems that handle petabytes of data with high availability.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
