Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning infrastructure for production environments.
- Lead the research, integration, and optimization of cutting-edge Generative AI models and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, performance monitoring, and CI/CD integration.
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and architecture reviews for the engineering team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 technological horizon.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience is required.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
