Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures and machine learning pipelines for high-volume data environments.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to optimize model performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI models in production.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and data scientists within the organization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Deep Learning, and distributed computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
