Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI architectures using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex, multi-step reasoning tasks.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model reliability and safety.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude) and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
