Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Agentic AI systems using Python, LangChain, and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Design complex prompt chains and retrieval strategies (RAG) to enhance agent accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Integrate external APIs, databases, and tools to empower autonomous agents to perform real-world tasks.
- Optimize model inference performance for edge and cloud deployment environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of agent behaviors to ensure safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define product requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML or NLP.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and semantic search.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex distributed systems.
