We are seeking a visionary Senior Agentic AI Architect to spearhead the development of autonomous systems that define the 2026 technological landscape. Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Systems: Design and implement scalable architectures for Agentic AI systems capable of multi-step planning and execution.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and milestones for integrating LLMs into autonomous agent workflows.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance models that reduce latency and maximize throughput in real-time environments.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks and bias mitigation strategies for autonomous decision-making agents.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Multi-Modal Agents) into our core platform.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with LangChain or similar agent frameworks.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and microservices at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in novel ways.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical leadership and stakeholder management.
