Responsibilities
- Develop complex 2D animations and interactive graphics using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and modern JavaScript.
- Optimize rendering performance and frame rates to ensure smooth experiences across all devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to implement visual effects, micro-interactions, and user feedback loops.
- Ensure all animations adhere to strict accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 Level AA).
- Maintain and evolve internal animation libraries and tools to improve team efficiency.
- Debug complex rendering issues and implement robust error-handling mechanisms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a specific focus on 2D graphics and animation.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
- Strong experience with the HTML5 Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and WebGL (preferred).
- Familiarity with animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or D3.js.
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
