Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance 2D animations and interactions using Canvas API, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering pipelines to ensure 60fps performance across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex visual concepts into technical implementations.
- Build and maintain reusable animation libraries and micro-interactions for our product suite.
- Troubleshoot complex rendering issues and cross-browser compatibility challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices for animation engineering.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on 2D graphics and animation.
- Deep expertise in HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Framer Motion, or Anime.js.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques, including requestAnimationFrame and memory management.
- Proficiency in CSS3 and modern CSS frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
