What You Will Do:
- Architect and implement complex 2D animations using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WebGL.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate static mockups into dynamic, interactive experiences.
- Optimize animation performance for all devices, ensuring 60fps smoothness and low latency.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Integrate 2D motion libraries (GSAP, Anime.js) into large-scale production applications.
- Push the boundaries of what's possible on the web with creative coding techniques.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable 2D animation libraries and components for the web.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for all motion assets.
- Debug complex rendering issues and optimize asset loading for better user experience.
- Work with product managers to define animation timelines and micro-interactions.
- Create engaging marketing animations and interactive storytelling elements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Web Development or Motion Graphics Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D animation and interactive web projects.
- Experience with animation tools such as Adobe After Effects and Blender.
- Knowledge of WebGL, Canvas API, or SVG manipulation is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
