Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity 2D illustrations and motion graphics for web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and product managers to translate complex data into intuitive, beautiful visual narratives.
- Maintain and evolve the company's comprehensive design system, ensuring pixel-perfect consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Optimize vector and video assets for performance without compromising on visual fidelity.
- Provide mentorship, creative direction, and feedback to junior designers and interns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D design, animation, and interactive storytelling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, motion graphics, or related visual arts fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong command of both static and animated assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced agency environment.
