Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-fidelity 2D graphics, icons, and UI elements that align with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Create responsive design assets that look stunning on all devices, from desktops to mobile.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user retention.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in vector graphics, icon design, and flat illustration.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
