Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive 2D visual language.
- Translate complex user requirements into intuitive, high-fidelity wireframes and mockups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that scales across product lines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive iterative improvements.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers to deliver features on time and within scope.
- Create motion graphics and micro-interactions to enhance the user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual hierarchy and typography.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout composition.
- Experience working within agile development environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
