Responsibilities
- Architect Immersive Experiences: Design and implement high-performance 2D/3D graphics and animations using WebGL, Three.js, and React Three Fiber.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure 3D assets and animations render smoothly across devices and browsers through advanced optimization techniques.
- Collaborate Creatively: Partner closely with creative directors and frontend designers to translate complex artistic visions into functional code.
- Build Custom Tools: Develop proprietary tools and pipelines to streamline the creation and integration of 3D assets into web environments.
- Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to best practices and architectural standards.
- Performance Auditing: Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve rendering bottlenecks and memory leaks.
Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on 2D/3D graphics.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and modern CSS.
- Graphics Libraries: Deep knowledge of Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js, or Pixi.js.
- Modeling Skills: Ability to work with 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya, C4D) and texture mapping.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of debugging complex rendering issues.
