Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's long-term vision, identifying key milestones for the year 2026.
- Emerging Trend Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and validate emerging technology trends (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to determine their potential impact on our business.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to define technology strategies that drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic plans to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in across all departments.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Lead the internal innovation lab, overseeing proof-of-concept (PoC) development and pilot programs for future technologies.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, startups, and research institutions to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior consulting role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and future technology stacks, including AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
