Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the proprietary 2026 Tech Stack, focusing on high-performance computing and AI integration.
- Define system requirements and design patterns for next-generation software products.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and researchers, to deliver high-impact features.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization across all platforms.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
