- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies to anticipate the needs of the 2026 market and integrate relevant innovations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work with cutting-edge technologies, including AI/ML frameworks and next-gen computing architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
