Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to determine their feasibility for mass adoption.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal teams.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market shifts to anticipate disruptions and pivot our strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical leadership, product management, or strategic consulting, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud architecture, with a specific focus on future-forward trends.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to identify high-impact problems and formulate long-term solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
