Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute long-term technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams through periods of rapid growth.
