- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven scenario planning for high-impact industries
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and risk assessments for board stakeholders
- Orchestrate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Establish KPI frameworks to track emerging technology adoption curves
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex insights into executive narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation
- Experience scaling foresight operations across global enterprises
