Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- AI Integration: Lead the architectural design for next-generation AI and machine learning integrations into legacy systems.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and architects to reach their full potential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user-centric solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks early in the development lifecycle and implement robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and Kubernetes.
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML frameworks and predictive analytics tools.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex digital transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights.
