Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to 2026-ready architectures, utilizing edge computing and federated learning paradigms.
- Design robust prompt engineering frameworks and reinforcement learning systems for autonomous decision-making agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ethical guidelines and safety protocols for advanced AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous stress-testing and vulnerability assessments on AI models to ensure system integrity under high-load scenarios.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures at scale.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of their future integration in AI workflows.
- Strong grasp of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
