Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of the long-term product roadmap, identifying key opportunities and defining the strategic narrative for 2026 and future years.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and user needs to inform product decisions.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and market fit.
- Innovation Advocacy: Champion a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging experimentation and risk-taking to drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex product strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders, securing buy-in and resources.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, or a related field within the technology sector.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and cloud computing, with the ability to assess their impact on product strategy.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic product plans that drive business growth.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
